Moderation und Vermittlung in non-formaler Jugend- und Erwachsenenbildung
Zusammen mit meinen Kundinnen und Kolleginnen entwerfe, plane, implementiere und evaluiere ich Workshops und Seminare. Ich versuche auf die Bedürfnisse, Intentionen und Erwartungen der auftraggebenden Institutionen und der Teilnehmerinnen gleichermaßen einzugehen. Ein erfolgreicher Workshop oder ein erfolgreiches Seminar sind für mich, wenn die Teilnehmerinnen Zeit und Raum hatten, ihren individuellen Lernfragen nachzugehen, wenn soziales Lernen unterstützt wurde und der Prozess an die aufkommenden Bedürfnisse und Fragen der Teilnehmerinnen angepasst wurde, ohne dass dabei die übergreifenden Lernziele aus den Augen verloren werden.
Organisationales Lernen und Projektentwicklung
Wenn ich Projekte und Organisationen unterstütze, dann stelle ich sicher, das alle Beteiligten in die Entwicklungen und Veränderungen der strategischen Ziele, Organisationsstrukturen und Aktivitäten einbezogen werden. Mein Ansatz basiert auf das Vertrauen in die „Schwarmintelligenz“ und stellt sicher, dass eine Vielzahl von Perspektiven einbezogen worden sind.
Partizipation ist auch wesentlich, wenn ich Wirkungsketten, Werkzeuge und Mechanismen für das Lernen aus Erfahrungen gemeinsam mit meinen Kundinnen und Partnerinnen entwerfe, oder wenn ich eine Evaluation durchführe. Was mir wichtig ist, ist dass meine Kundinnen und Partnerinnen tatsächlich von den Ergebnissen profitieren und konkrete Empfehlungen in ihr Tagesgeschäft übernehmen können.
Drittmittel-Akquise
Da Mangel an finanziellen Mitteln eine ständige Sorge in der Kunstszene und der Zivilgesellschaft sind, unterstütze ich Individuen und Organisationen mit tollen Ideen dabei, Anträge für Drittmittel zu stellen und berate hinsichtlich anderer Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten – damit Ideen umgesetzt werden können.
Kulturmanagement
In Zusammenarbeit mit Künstlerinnen und Organisationen manage und koordiniere ich Kunstprojekte, die sich mit dem öffentlichen Raum auseinandersetzen und ein vielfältiges Publikum anziehen möchten.

Facilitation in non-formal youth and adult education
Together with clients and collaborators, I conceive, plan, deliver and review the effectiveness of workshops and seminars. I listen carefully to both the needs, objectives and expectations of the contracting organization and various participants. In my opinion, a successful workshop or seminar provides participants with time and space to explore their individual learning needs and supports social learning. Moreover, such training is adapted to participants‘ emerging needs without losing sight of their overarching learning goals.

When supporting projects or organizations, I make sure to include everyone involved in the development and revision of strategic objectives, organizational structures, KPIs and activities. My approach is based on a firm belief in the wisdom of the crowd which ensures that a multitude of perspectives are taken into consideration.
Participation is also key when I co-develop evaluation frameworks, tools and mechanisms for incorporating lessons learned or when I conduct an evaluation. What matters to me, is that my clients can truly benefit from the findings and are able to implement concrete recommendations in their daily operations.
Fundraising
Limited sources of funding represent a constant concern for individuals and organizations active in the cultural scene and civil society. Therefore, I support them with effective grant application drafting services and business development consultancies all of which turn their ideas into reality.

Facilitation en éducation informelle pour jeunes et adultes
Avec mes clients et collaborateurs, je conçois, planifie et mets en œuvre des ateliers et des séminaires. Je m’efforce d’écouter avec attention les besoins, intentions et attentes des organisations contractantes ainsi que des différents participants de manière égale. Je considère un atelier ou séminaire comme réussi dès lors que les participants ont eu le temps et l’espace nécessaire à l’exploration de leurs questions d’apprentissage individuel, que l’apprentissage social a été soutenu et que le processus s’est révélé adapté aux besoins émergents et aux questions des participants, sans avoir perdu de vue le but global d’apprentissage.
Apprentissage organisationnel et développement de projets
Lorsque je soutiens des projets ou des organisations, je m’assure d’inclure toutes les parties concernées dans le développement et la révision des objectifs stratégiques, les structures organisationnelles, les ICP et les activités. Je fais cela car je crois en la « sagesse du groupe » afin qu’une multitude de perspectives soit prise en considération.
La participation est aussi un élément clé lorsque je co-développe des structures d’évaluation, des outils et des dispositifs en vue d’assimiler les leçons apprises ou lorsque je mène une évaluation. Ce qui m’importe, c’est que mes clients puissent véritablement bénéficier des résultats et qu’il leur soit possible de mettre en œuvre des recommandations concrètes dans leur activité quotidienne.
Collecte de fonds
Comme le financement, ou son absence, est une préoccupation constante sur la scène culturelle et dans la société civile, je soutiens les individus et les organisations dans les idées de projets auxquelles je crois par le biais de demandes de subventions écrites et de conseils en développement commercial afin que les idées puissent prendre vie.
Gestion artistique
Je dirige et coordonne des projets d’art publics en collaboration avec des artistes individuels, des collectifs et des organisations.

البحث عن التمويل
يمثل التمويل أو نقصه مصدرا للقلق بالنسبة للمجتمعات المدنية و المجال الثقافى, لذلك فأنا أعمل على تقديم الدعم للمؤسسات و المنظمات التى أؤمن بمبادراتها على كتابة طلبات التمويل و المنح, و تطوير أفكارهم لتصبح حقيقة.

أقوم بإدارة و تنظيم المشروعات الفنية العامة بالتعاون مع الفنانين, المؤسسات, و المجموعات.
التدريب و التيسير فى مجال التعليم غير الرسمى للبالغين و الشباب
بالتعاون مع عملائى و شركائى, أخطط’ أنظم, وأنفذ ندوات وورشات عمل. يعتمد مبدأى فى العمل على الإنصات الجيد لإحتياجات, نوايا و توقعات المنظمة المتعاقدة معى, و الشاركين على حد سواء. من وجهة نظرى, يعتمد نجاح أى ندوة أو ورشة عمل على حصول جميع المشاركين على المساحة و الوقت الكافيين لاستكشاف اسئلتهم و قدراتهم التعليمية, المنبثقة من إحتياجاتهم دون غض النظر عن الأهداف التعليمية الأساسية.
التعليم المؤسسى و تطوير المشروعات
تمثل المشاركة عنصر رئيسى عند المشاركة فى تطوير آليات التقييم, لإدماج الدروس المستفادة, أو عند إجراء تقييم. من أهم مؤشرات النجاح بالنسبة لى هى أن يستفيد العملاء من النتائج و يقومو بتطبيقها فى ممارساتهم اليومية.
